BERBER covers under the terms of prepayment to the stud fees that are privately to be announced every beginning of the stud season. The stud fees are different from the livery or any other charges, like vet expenses.

In case that a pregnant mare will absorb (early embryonic death) all the stud fees will be returned, if the veterinary certificate clearly states the absorption and be presented before the 1^st of October.

In case of abortion after the 1^st of October there will be no stud fees refund, unless otherwise be privately agreed between the parties.
